I started making jewelry and doing crafts when my mother first complained to me that she was "bored." I remember growing up that you NEVER complained to mom that you were bored, because she would GIVE you something to do...and after that...well, being bored didn't seem so bad. So I thought I would turn the tables and give her lots of ideas. I began by searching for tutorials online that would teach her a new craft and found jewelry and home decor that I fell in love with. Not content to just look, and not having money to buy what I wanted, I decided to start making some of the things I was seeing. Of course, I also sent my mom those tutorials that had prompted my craft making craze.
As it turns out, I'm not the only girl who loves jewelry and crafts. When family and friends see what you are doing they want pieces for themselves and for their homes. Who wouldn't right? Well, that inspired and gave me the courage to try and see if anyone else would like my handy work. So I present....handcrafted jewelry and home decor!
